Why a GaN charger replaces your laptop's OEM adapter
Every USB-C laptop charges from any USB-C PD charger with enough wattage. A GaN charger delivers that wattage in a form factor 40–60% smaller than the OEM brick — because gallium nitride transistors switch 10× faster than silicon, shrinking the transformer and capacitors. For buyers and resellers, the result is a smaller, lighter product with the same charging speed, plus extra ports for a phone and earbuds.
40–60% smaller than the OEM brick
A MacBook 67W adapter is 73 × 73 × 28 mm. Our XFC 65W is 40 × 34.8 × 32.8 mm. The CB 65W ultra-thin is 84 × 45.5 × 14.6 mm — slides into a laptop sleeve pocket.
Multi-port: laptop + phone from one outlet
3-port models (65W–140W) charge a laptop on USB-C1 and a phone on USB-C2 or USB-A at the same time. One charger replaces two. The ZC504 adds a display that shows the power draw.
Universal compatibility
USB PD negotiates the correct voltage automatically. One charger works with every USB-C laptop: MacBook, Dell XPS, ThinkPad, HP EliteBook, Surface, ASUS, Acer. No proprietary connectors.
Which GaN charger for which laptop
Match the charger wattage to the laptop's USB-C power requirement. A charger that exceeds the laptop's draw is fine — the laptop only pulls what it needs.
| Laptop | USB-C draw | Recommended charger | Full speed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| MacBook Air (M1–M4) | 30W–45W | CB 65W or any 65W+ | Yes |
| MacBook Pro 14″ (M3/M4) | 70W | MB 100W or ZC504 140W | Yes |
| MacBook Pro 16″ (M3/M4 Max) | 96W–140W | ZC504 140W (PD 3.1) | Yes (140W) |
| Dell XPS 13 / 14 | 45W–65W | Any 65W model | Yes |
| Dell XPS 15 / 16 | 65W–100W | MB 100W or ZC504 140W | Yes |
| ThinkPad X1 Carbon / T14 | 45W–65W | Any 65W model | Yes |
| ThinkPad X1 Extreme / P series | 100W–135W | ZC504 140W | Yes |
| HP EliteBook / ZBook | 45W–100W | 65W–140W (match draw) | Yes |
| Surface Pro / Laptop (USB-C) | 39W–65W | Any 65W model | Yes |
| ASUS ZenBook / VivoBook | 45W–65W | Any 65W model | Yes |
| Gaming laptops (USB-C PD) | 100W–140W | MB 100W or ZC504 140W | Depends on model |
USB-C draw varies by model and year. Check your laptop's spec sheet for the exact USB-C PD input. A 65W charger will charge a 100W laptop, but slower than the OEM adapter.

Who buys laptop GaN chargers in bulk
Laptop accessory brands
Your customers already own a MacBook or a ThinkPad. A GaN charger under your brand replaces the OEM adapter at half the size and adds multi-port convenience. Logo, packaging, ready to list.
Amazon and e-commerce sellers
Laptop charger keywords dominate USB-C charger search on Amazon. A “65W GaN charger for MacBook” listing with multi-port and a compact size photo outsells generic listings. Bundle with a travel pouch for higher ASP.
Corporate IT and co-working spaces
One 100W charger on each desk replaces a drawer full of OEM bricks. Works with every USB-C laptop any employee brings. Bulk orders with the company logo reduce IT support tickets.
Laptop OEMs and retailers
Include a compact GaN charger in the laptop box instead of the legacy brick. Smaller box, lighter shipment, premium unboxing. Our ODM team matches the PD profile to your laptop's requirements.
