Rongjun is a GaN charger manufacturer based in Dongkeng, Dongguan, near Shenzhen. Since 2009 we have built USB-C fast chargers in our own plant, from PCBA design and SMT to aging tests and retail packing. GaN Technology, Chips and Safety Tests
GaN (gallium nitride) switches faster and wastes less heat than silicon, so a GaN charger can be smaller at the same wattage. That matters to your customers: a 65W charger that fits in a pocket.
- GaN transistors from Yuantuo; controllers from Southchip and Meraki; protocol chips from Diansi and Fine Made. The chips are listed per model on our product pages.
- USB-C Power Delivery (5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V steps, up to 28V with PD 3.1 on our 140W model), PPS and QC, so one charger fast-charges laptops, iPads and phones, compatible with iPhone and Samsung devices.

Questions Buyers Ask a GaN Charger Manufacturer
What is your MOQ for GaN chargers?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per model, including your logo. A retail box needs 1,000 pcs. On request we can accept 300 pcs for a first trial order. A brand-new design with a custom mold starts at 5,000 pcs.
How fast can I get a sample?
Samples of our existing models are ready within 3 days. Samples are free: 1 pc per model, up to 2 models per customer, and we can add your logo at no charge. You only pay the shipping.
What is the production lead time?
About 10–15 days for 1,000 pcs and 15–20 days for 3,000 pcs after sample approval and deposit. Larger orders are scheduled with you when you order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Dongguan Rongjun Electronic was founded in 2009 and runs its own 4,200+ m² plant in Dongkeng, Dongguan, with SMT, assembly, aging test and packaging lines and a capacity of 200,000 chargers per month.
Which certifications do your chargers have?
Every model has CE, FCC and RoHS, and most also CCC. PSE is on the HK 65W and RJ502, an ETL listing on the HK 65W, and UL test reports for most models. We send the documents for your model before you order.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
50% deposit before production and 50% before shipment by T/T; L/C is possible on request. We quote EXW or FOB and can work with your forwarder.
Is a GaN charger safe?
Yes. GaN switches more efficiently than silicon, so the charger runs cooler at the same power. Our chargers also have over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit and surge protection, and every unit passes a 100% aging test and a 100% hi-pot insulation test.
Will a GaN charger damage my phone or laptop?
No. GaN changes only the power stage inside the charger. The phone or laptop and the charger agree on the voltage through USB Power Delivery, PPS or QC, so the device only takes the power it asks for. Our protections and 100% testing add a further safety margin.
Should I buy from a charger brand or from a factory?
If you need a few chargers for yourself, a retail brand is the easy choice. If you sell chargers or launch your own brand, buying from a factory gives you a lower unit price, your logo and the certificates for your market. That is the service we offer, from 500 pcs per model.
